I actually liked these. I did have to cut quite a bit away as I do have small feet (6.5). Did get the smallest size but still had much to cut away. Anyways, I fit these into my zumba shoes, they were so comfortable. Used them for zumba 3 times a week for the past several weeks, feet and legs feel great. Cushiony, comfortable, less shock on my knees. I am not taking these out of my shoes. Only wish they had a higher arch in them. But i just got their arch support inserts so i will be trying those in my other sneakers.
