I have been using this product now for about 3 weeks now. I am trying to kick start my weight loss again as no matter what i do, i am not gaining or loosing. So far, i am noticing at least a little movement in my weight loss. Not changing my eating habits, and I am staying right around the same mark. I did notice a 2 lbs loss in the first week, but steady since then. Must just be me as even Alli wasn't helping me but anyways No jitters or sleeplessness, no side effects at all that I have noticed. There is no taste at all to these pills. go down easy capsules. Just need to take 2 a day as this has 1000mg. Which is much higher than most that I have seen on the market. Like that. Less I have to remember to take. I am going to continue to use this as it is a 3 month supply. Maybe i just need to take the whole bottle and not give up on it.
